1.  File a claim through your insurance company by calling the 800 number on the back of your insurance card.  If the damage is due to hail they will need the date and time of the storm and where the vehicle was located.  If you prefer not to file a claim and choose to pay out of pocket you do not need to contact them.

2.   If you do file an insurance claim you can schedule an adjuster to complete the initial inspection at your home, work, or their choice of location.   Whether you do or do not file a claim then contact us!  It IS your choice as to who completes the repair work.
